 " We Keep You Rolling"

Home Up

Balancing your tires is the key to you and your vehicles well-being and comfort. It is done to ensure that your tire & rim assembly weighs exactly the same around the contact area of the tire to eliminate vibrations. Road force balancing and then force matching the assembly is the next step. This ensures that that tire and rim (when mounted together) are as "round" as possible. Tires and rims both have high and low spots, If these high spots are in the same place on the assembly they can cause a vibration even if the assembly is perfectly balanced. What we can do to eliminate this problem is measure the "Radial Runout" (up and down) and "lateral runout" (side to side) on both the tire and the rim and match them so that the high spot on the tire lines up with the low spot on the rim.

Benefits of Road Force Balancing & Force Matching

  • Smoother Ride
  • Increase Comfort
  • Less Driver Fatigue
  • Improved Tire Wear
  • Longer life for tires and drive train components
  • Fewer wheel weights & hidden wheel weights

Capabilities

All of our force matching is done with a Hunter GSP 9700 wheel balancer. We can perform both static (one side) and dynamic (both sides) balancing as well as tape weight dynamic balancing. Paper printouts can also be provide that will demonstrate the corrective actions taken. Having you Car or SUV or Light Truck tires balanced & force matched will provide you with the ultimate in ride comfort and give you the maximum tire and suspension component life.

These days automobile manufacturers are continuously developing new rim contours that require specialized wheel weight types for a proper fit to the rim. We carry a complete selection of weights to ensure a proper fit when your wheels are balanced.
